Hello!

When I began my personal secondhand Instagram account (@luciekateloves) I had no idea about the secondhand community that already existed.  Since growing my account, I have discovered so many other wonderful secondhand and sustainable fashion blogs. From ‘influencers’ promoting sustainable, secondhand and slow fashion, to people just like me posting secondhand outfit inspo. I’ve had my personal Instagram account just over a year and the secondhand community have always been so kind, supportive and helpful. Being part of this community has resulted in so many positive changes in my life.

As a small account myself, I understand how difficult it can be to grow your account and get it shared to more people, so I wanted to create a platform that enabled secondhand bloggers’ to reach more like-minded accounts… welcome, The Secondhand Bloggers’ Club!  I started this platform with the idea to collate lots of thrifty, sustainable content in one place, making it easier to discover new accounts and connect with like-minded people.

I also wanted to create a platform that celebrates our wonderful community and a place to ‘showcase’ how great secondhand fashion really is, in the hope that it will inspire more and more people to give secondhand shopping a try!

Although The Secondhand Bloggers’ Club is currently very small, with just over 1000 followers, I hope to continue to grow the community and evolve to create an even more inspiring, positive, educational platform.
